Exchange & Return Policy
‘Willow Weave’ has a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received, unworn/unused, with tags and in its original packing. You’ll also need receipt as proof of purchase. Since, we do not have a refund policy; therefore, we offer two options:-
- Exchange your article with any other item of the same price.
- Get voucher of the same amount for use during your next purchase.
Exchange or Return
The easiest way to proceed for an exchange or return is to contact us for return related question(s) at willowweave.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the return process is complete, then you may make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on articles sold during sale or as a package or gift cards. Please get in touch prior to purchase, if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
